We built EasyEval to protect your data and to reduce bias in evaluations. Observation notes, uploads, and reports stay within EasyEval. We do not send your classroom data to OpenAI’s training pipeline. AI outputs are generated only to help you structure evidence, ratings, and coaching steps—and you stay in control.

• Your notes and artifacts are only used to generate your reports; they are not reused to train external models.
• You can edit every AI-generated summary, rationale, and next step before finalizing.
• We aim for neutral, evidence-based language to help remove bias from evaluations.
